“Olivia was immediately recruited by me for her vast knowledge and depth of the geographical location of where my property was located. What she didn't know she fully researched and what she knew she knew in depth. Olivia went above and beyond the duties and responsibilities of any real estate agent on a high valued REO property. I had an unfortunate incident where the formal owner poorly handled the property leaving some areas distressed. Olivia pulled strings with her connections and her reputation to get me max value for the property. I would hire her again immediately without hesitation. She worked VERY hard, as long as it took and did what needed to do to get the offer to closing even with an extremely difficult buyer. Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe Olivia’s work ethic. Olivia is the most professional realtor we’ve been associated with in our decades of home buying and selling. She is on top of every situation ALWAYS and is the best communicator. There was never an issue we weren’t made aware of and she answered calls and texts immediately.
