I'm Olivia Casa Monday, a Real Estate Advisor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Real Estate, serving the greater Denver metro area. I specialize in concierge-level real estate for people navigating life's most significant transitions with thoughtful guidance, strategic planning, and highly personalized support.

Whether you're rightsizing after decades in a family home, relocating to a new city, or finally making the move you've been thinking about for years, my role is to help make the process feel manageable, clear, and fully supported from beginning to end.

Real estate has been part of my life since I was a child. I grew up in Rome, Italy, in a family that built, designed, and invested in homes–which gave me an early appreciation for real estate as something deeply personal, not just transactional.

I earned my degree in Communication Science from La Sapienza University in Rome and studied Marketing and PR in Dublin, Ireland, before building a career of more than 20 years in marketing and sales. That background shapes everything about how I work, from how I price and present your home to how I communicate throughout the process.

I became a licensed Colorado REALTOR® in 2016 and have been building this practice ever since—one client, one transition, one carefully handled detail at a time. I'm fluent in Italian and English, and I hold the GRI, CIPS, and ABR designations.
