Born and raised in Rome, Italy, Olivia earned a degree in Communication Science from La Sapienza University and a Business Degree in Marketing and PR in Dublin, Ireland. Fluent in Italian and English, she brings a global perspective to Denver’s competitive real estate market. Her background includes more than 20 years in marketing and sales, giving her clients a strategic advantage in pricing, negotiation, and digital exposure.
Today, as a Global Real Estate Advisor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Real Estate, Olivia specializes in luxury properties, relocations, first-time buyers, investors, and downsizing clients. Her approach is refined yet highly personalized—delivering a true concierge-level experience from consultation to closing. With over 158 closed transactions, including a record $3.7 million sale in Cherry Creek North, and 70+ five-star reviews across all major platforms, Olivia has built her reputation on integrity, market expertise, and exceptional client care. She is also a multi-year recipient of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® Excellence Award (2019–2025).
Born and raised in New York City, Jen's passion for real estate began with her father, who managed buildings in Manhattan for Douglas Elliman. After obtaining a communications degree from Fordham University, she worked in Public Relations, Advertising, and Marketing. When she left NYC for Colorado, Jen began a career in commercial software. After buying and selling several personal investment properties, she finally had the freedom to follow her passion—helping people find their homes.
Jen is proudly part of the Berkshire Hathaway's Luxury Collection, one of the most respected companies in the real estate business. She received the Leading Edge Society Award in 2020 with Berkshire Hathaway and was named HomeSnap's Fastest Growing Agent for four consecutive years. From 2022 through 2025, Jen received the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® Excellence Award, recognizing top producers who provide the best service in the industry. She is always up-to-date on the latest real estate news and is constantly furthering her career through continuing education; Jen received her Graduated Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designations in 2020.
